Dr. Giuseppe Grosso

Title: Dietary Polyphenols and Brain Health

Introduction: Dr. Grosso’s research focuses on evidence-based nutrition, particularly the relationships between diet and major chronic non-communicable diseases. His work emphasizes evidence synthesis to support policy-oriented research in public health nutrition. He currently serves as Chair of the Food and Nutrition Section of the European Public Health Association.

Research Expertise: Human Nutrition.
